Directions:
From Concord/Pleasant Hill Area
- Take I-680 southbound to Main St. exit.
- Go over the freeway south on Main St.
- Turn left onto Ygnacio Valley Rd.
- Turn right onto La Casa Via.
- Turn at the 2nd driveway on the right of the first block on La Casa Via at the Shell Ridge Plaza medical buildings. We are up the hill in the rear single story building.

From Richmond/Martinez Area
- Take Hwy. 4 eastbound.
- Take I-680 southbound.
- Then same as from Concord/Pleasant Hill

From Pittsburg/Antioch area
- Take Hwy. 4 westbound.
- Take I-680 southbound.
- Then same as Concord/Pleasant Hill.

From Danville area
- Take I-680 northbound toward Sacramento.
- Take the Ygnacio Valley Rd. exit.
- Turn right at the end of the exit.
- Stay on Ygnacio Valley Rd. until you reach La Casa Via.
- Turn at the 2nd driveway on the right of the first block on La Casa Via at the Shell Ridge Plaza medical buildings. We are up the hill in the rear single story building.

From Lafayette/Oakland area
- Take Hwy. 24 eastbound.
- Take I-680 northbound toward Sacramento.
- Take Ygnacio Valley Rd. exit, which is just after you come through the interchange.
- Make a right at the end of the exit.
- Stay on Ygnacio Valley Rd. until you reach La Casa Via.
-Turn at the 2nd driveway on the right of the first block on La Casa Via at the Shell Ridge Plaza medical buildings. We are up the hill in the rear single story building.
